We will meet with individuals or groups you designate to hear directly what you expect and need from your new facility. We find that really listening to our clients is the best way to determine the unique set of requirements which is necessary to create a successful project. Programming efforts will identify goals and define client needs, quantitatively and qualitatively, because good design requires both an objective and intuitive understanding of a broad spectrum of issues, expectations, and potential solutions.
.... Drawings and Collaboration: .We use both the latest version of computer drawing programs and pencil/pen drawing techniques to describe your project. Using Internet file-sharing we can collaborate with clients and consultants from other cities.

It is The Architects goal to design our projects such that they will be flexible enough to respond to our client's new and changing directions. New buildings or additions will often have an impact on storage or other needs, site usage and mechanical/electrical systems.
